Parsley soup with chicken meat
Ingredients: 5 parsleys, 2 tablespoons of butter, 250g of chicken breast, 800ml of vegetable broth, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 egg, 100ml of cooking cream, salt, fresh vinegar or chives.
Procedure: Wash the parsley, cut and cook in salted water until soft. Let it cool slightly, then mix it in a blender. Heat the butter in a pot with a non-stick surface and briefly fry the chicken cut into thin noodles. Add mixed parsley and fry together for about 2 minutes. Pour hot broth and cook for 15 minutes. Add the crushed garlic to the soup and let it boil for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the beaten eggs and add the cream. Mix well and remove from the heat. We decorate individual portions with a finely chopped bean or chives.
Creamy parsley soup
Ingredients: 2-3 larger parsleys, 2-3 potatoes, 1/2 larger onion or 1 smaller, a little celery, water, 1 dcl of cream, salt, vegeta, ground pepper, crushed rasca, basil
Procedure: We clean the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. Fry the onion in hot oil. When it's nice and glassy, add the other vegetables. After frying the vegetables, add about 2 liters of water and cook until all the contents of the pot are soft. If the vegetable is soft enough, mix it until smooth with a submersible mixer, pour cream. Let it boil and season with salt, ground black pepper and basil. On a plate we can serve garnished with delicacy cream or whipped cream and sprinkled with parsley.
Peel the parsley root, cut it into slices, put it in hot oil and fry it like french fries. Salt and can be served as a side dish to meat. You can dry them with a paper napkin before serving, they will not be so greasy.

Add 1/3 of the peeled lemon, a tablespoon of honey and 400 ml of cold water to the leaves. Mix everything thoroughly. Pour the cocktail into glasses, garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
Parsley jelly with honey - (reduction of blood pressure)
Boil half a kilogram of parsley in two liters of water. After an hour, strain the mixture and squeeze all the juice from the parsley into the cooking pot. Add an equal volume of honey to the liquid obtained and cook slowly on a low flame until the consistency of the jelly is reached. One tablespoon is taken before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Parsley cleansing mask for the skin
